ENLI built this App and the service is provided by ENLI at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform App users regarding ENLI´s policies with the processing of their personal or sensitive information regarding using the App.
Before using this App, ENLI provided you with its Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of those Terms and was specifically referred to in their wording. Therefore, we ask you to read this Privacy Policy and only if you agree with its content express your freely given, informed and specific consent with their content.
By agreeing with the aforementioned Terms and Conditions of the App, you agree with the processing of information in relation to this Policy. The personal information that ENLI processes is used for ensuring a qualified service and improving the App. ENLI will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
For a better experience, while using the App, ENLI may require you to provide it with certain personally identifiable information. That information will be obtained by ENLI and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
ENLI processes following information:
- Name, Surname, Telephone number, E-mail address – the App processes this information in order to fill in the data crucial to prepare an e-email addressed to the certain developer. The App itself will not send any e-mails, merely prepare the first message of an e-mail communication. The only purpose this information serve, is the preparation of the e-mail as described below in the section Managing your data. After accessing your e-mail client, the App will not further process any more data.
- Device-specific information - ENLI collects information about the model of your mobile device or operating system version, to be able to determine whether your device is compatible with the App and so it may access the camera sensor data which are crucial for functioning of the App.
- The App performance data - ENLI collects notifications of errors which occurred while using the App. These data help ENLI diagnose technical problems in the App, fix them and prevent them in the future use.
By using your name, surname, telephone number and the e-mail address, the App will access your mobile device e-mail client and fill in the information in order to prepare an e-mail for the developer. Considering the aspects of the stated process, this information will not be stored by ENLI or by any third party; it will be processed solely for the purpose of preparing the e-mail communication with the developer and subsequently erased.
ENLI will not provide third parties with your information, except as noted in this Policy. ENLI reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of the app, to fulfil requests of state authorities, or to cooperate in any law enforcement or regulatory investigation.
All the data collected through the App will be stored and processed in Europe. The App will not store your name, surname, telephone number or an e-mail address.
This App may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by ENLI. Therefore, ENLI strongly advises you to review the Privacy Policy of those individual websites. ENLI has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, Privacy Policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
This App does not address anyone under the age of 16. ENLI does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16.
In the case ENLI discovers that a child under 16 has provided ENLI with personal information without consent given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the child, immediate deletion of this information will follow.
If you are a parent or a legal guardian and you are aware that your child has provided ENLI with personal information, please contact ENLI so that it will be able to do necessary actions.
ENLI may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. ENLI will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
